Refund and cancellation and Procedure We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our products and, subject to the following provisions, offer a refund/exchange on most items purchased at efit.co.in
Breach of Implied Condition Where any of the Goods are faulty (or become faulty through no fault of yours) or are not in accordance with your order or the law otherwise provides that they may be returned, you may, within 20 days, return the Goods to us at no cost to you for a refund, by emailing us at info@sportsindeed.com
All Other Refund If you are otherwise not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 20 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund minus the shipping and/or exchange by emailing us at info@sportsindeed.com
Terms and Conditions Goods will not be accepted until this request is received, reviewed and approved. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team, provided with instructions and advised of the return process. Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods after 20 days from the delivery date. Return freight will be at your cost. Goods will only be accepted in their original packaging (as new), including manuals, information booklets, invoice and original carton. Goods that have been tampered with, or have expressly been sold on a “non-return” basis, will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense. Receipt of any Goods by us or any of our agents and representatives that are returned other than in accordance with the above procedures will not constitute nor be deemed to constitute our acceptance of the return of the Goods for credit. Exchange Refund For products with defects, broken, incorrect items shipped and needs exchange. We pay the shipping/courier charges or Rs.70 whichever is higher. If the product is presented for exchange then it will be replaced with the product of the same nature. We have a 30 day exchange policy & we reserve the right to refund the order if we do not have any stock left for any particular item requested.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
